Grown high up near the Ecuador border by Olmedo Lalangui Chinchay, La Fortuna sits at a staggering 1,900 masl. This extreme altitude slows the cherry maturation, locking in complex sugars and creating a dense, vibrant profile that challenges standard expectations of Peruvian coffee.

Red Bourbon

Red Bourbon is a classic coffee varietal known for its balanced sweetness and gentle acidity, with notes of chocolate, caramel, and red fruit. As an espresso roast, it delivers a smooth body, structured flavour, and lingering sweetness, making it ideal for both straight espresso and milk-based drinks.

Washed

During the wash method, the outer skin and pulp of the coffee cherry is removed through depulping, leaving behind the mucilage-covered beans. The beans are then fermented to remove the mucilage before being washed and dried.
