A beautiful coffee from Bruselas, Huila. This lot is a Caturra vareital raised by Hector Zuniga, which is a natural mutation of Red Bourbon from Brazil and is more resistant to leaf rust and disease than Bourbon.
This lot was exposed to a unique 50 hour anaerobic fermentation and then washed by Hector with the help of mentor Rafael Amaya. Rafael Amaya is infamous for his unique beautiful coffees and long fermentation times and lives up the road from Hector.
