Kurume is an Ethiopian heirloom varietal renowned for its vibrant floral aroma, juicy acidity, and notes of citrus, jasmine, and stone fruit. Grown in high altitudes, it excels in pour-over and filter brewing methods, highlighting its delicate and nuanced flavour profile perfect for specialty coffee lovers.

Washed

During the wash method, the outer skin and pulp of the coffee cherry is removed through depulping, leaving behind the mucilage-covered beans. The beans are then fermented to remove the mucilage before being washed and dried.
