Kibingo Washing Station processes cherries from over 1,700 local smallholders across 18 surrounding hills. Backed by strict agronomy and quality control programs, it consistently produces some of Burundi's cleanest and most vibrant washed coffees.

Red Bourbon

Red Bourbon is a classic coffee varietal known for its balanced sweetness and gentle acidity, with notes of chocolate, caramel, and red fruit. It delivers a smooth body, structured flavour, and lingering sweetness, making it ideal for both straight and milk-based drinks.

Washed

During the wash method, the outer skin and pulp of the coffee cherry is removed through depulping, leaving behind the mucilage-covered beans. The beans are then fermented to remove the mucilage before being washed and dried.
