SHIPPING

 

How much is shipping?

We offer FREE standard delivery on Australian orders over $50. For orders under $50, we offer shipping at a flat rate of $5.


Where do you ship to?

The Grounds retail ships Australia wide to residential and business addresses. Please note that our couriers are not able to ship to PO boxes. International shipping can be requested by emailing orders@thegrounds.com.au.


When will my order be sent?

All orders are sent via courier. Shipping time and price estimates are provided at the time of checkout. You will receive a tracking number from the courier in the coming hours after completing your purchase. Shipping times may very, however, most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: Over the Christmas break there may be some delays to shipping due to public holidays. If you need your items to arrive before Christmas, please place your order no later than 19th December.


Do you offer express post?

Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping. However, all orders are shipped via courier which is generally faster than standard shipping. Most orders will be received within three business days to Australian capital cities.


Why haven’t I received a tracking link yet?

Tracking numbers are only issued during business hours. If you’re worried your order has been missed, please feel free to send an email to orders@thegrounds.com.au and we will sort this for you ASAP. 

 

RETURNS


Do you accept returns?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date. We can only accept returns for incorrect, damaged or expired items so please make your choices carefully!

If you've received incorrect, damaged or expired items, please contact our team directly at orders@thegrounds.com.au and they will organise a replacement or refund. 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


What if I’ve received an incorrect or damaged item?

How do I return an item?

To return your item, please post it to: THE GROUNDS SUPPLY PTY LTD, 2 Huntley, 7a, Alexandria NSW 2015, Australia. Please note, the item will need to arrive in the condition in which it was sent to be accepted for returns. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund on your full order, the cost of return shipping, if any, will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Generally, you will receive your items within 2-5 business days.

If you are shipping an item over $75 in value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

What if I still haven’t received my refund? 

It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund. Please allow up to 5 business days after you’ve received confirmation from us for your refund to be processed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.


GENERAL


Can I buy these products anywhere else?

Yes! You can buy many of The Grounds retail products in our venues at The Grounds of Alexandria and The Grounds of the City. Please note, stock may be limited in venue.
