  1. Offer: Receive 20% off eligible products purchased through The Grounds online store by entering the promotional code at checkout while the promotion is active.
    1. Excluded products: The discount excludes all espresso machines, including the La Marzocco Linea Mini and Linea Micra, and the La Marzocco Pico grinder. All other products are eligible.
    2. Online purchases only: This offer applies to retail purchases through The Grounds online store only and is not valid for in-store or wholesale purchases.
  2. Using the code: The code must be entered before completing payment. It cannot be applied retrospectively, redeemed for cash or combined with another discount code. Shipping charges are not discounted. The code is limited to one (1) use per customer.
  3. Coffee Subscriptions: This code is valid for both existing and new coffee subscriptions.
    1. The code can be applied at checkout for new subscriptions, or applied to existing subscriptions via the customer's subscription portal.
    2. The code can only be used on a maximum of one (1) subscription plan.
    3. Once added to your subscription plan, the code will be automatically applied to a maximum of two (2) consecutive billings in that subscription plan. After this time, the subscription will revert to the original price.
  4. Availability: Products are subject to stock availability.
  5. Ending the promotion: The promotion continues until withdrawn. The Grounds may end the promotion for future purchases by publishing notice on its online store and deactivating the code. Withdrawal will not affect orders placed before it takes effect. Where a fixed promotional end date has been advertised, The Grounds will honour that date unless an earlier ending is required by law or reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
  6. Returns and consumer rights: The Grounds’ standard returns policy applies, subject to Australian Consumer Law. Discounted products retain all applicable consumer guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
  7. Applicable law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and applicable Commonwealth laws, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.
