As part of our ongoing commitment to the environment we are currently looking into ways to make our coffee pods more environmentally friendly. In the meantime, we encourage all of our customers to not toss their pods straight in the bin. Instead, you can find your local coffee capsule recycling drop off point via the Planet Ark website.

Shipping
We offer FREE standard delivery on Australian orders over $50. For orders under $50, we offer shipping at a flat rate of $5. Standard deliveries arrive in 2-5 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: Over the Christmas and New Years period there may be some delays to shipping due to festive season demand.

International shipping can be requested by emailing orders@thegrounds.com.au.

Returning Your Items
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date. We can only accept returns for incorrect, damaged or expired items so please make your choices carefully!

If you've received incorrect, damaged or expired items, please contact our team directly at orders@thegrounds.com.au and they will organise a replacement or refund. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
