The brief for our roasters was simple, but daunting: create a blend that would define the taste of The Grounds – a punchy workhorse of a blend that pays homage to old-school dark espresso. And so in 2012, Beanstalker was born, becoming our signature house blend that showcases what great coffee is all about.

Medium/Dark Roast beans are a step toward the bolder and full-bodied flavours of a dark roast, while still maintaining some of the sweeter, lighter highlights of a medium roast.
