Decaf Sugar Cane
The decaf sugar cane process uses a natural solvent derived from fermented sugar cane to extract caffeine from coffee beans. The beans are steamed, soaked in the solvent to remove caffeine, then steamed again to remove any residue. This process preserves the coffee's flavour while effectively decaffeinating it.
