This lot is 100% Pink Bourbon Washed coffee, meticulously cultivated at Santa Monica Farm in Armenia, Quindío, Colombia. This unique variety undergoes a 30-hour underwater fermentation at La Pradera, enhancing its vibrant flavours before being expertly pulped and washed. Grown at elevations of 1400-1450 meters, this exceptional Pink Bourbon showcases Jairo Arcilla's dedication to quality and innovative processing techniques, making it a must-try for coffee connoisseurs seeking an extraordinary sensory experience.

Everyone goes through coffee at their own rate, but as a rough guide, we recommend:
