Thank you for shopping with The Grounds Roastery Online Store! We're delighted to bring a piece of The Grounds experience to your home. This policy outlines important information about our shipping practices.
1. Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays in New South Wales, Australia).
- During peak periods (e.g., Christmas, special promotions) or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Christmas Shipping Deadlines
Due to the demand of the holiday season, please ensure your order is placed by the cut-off given below to guarantee delivery by Christmas.

All dates listed are based off guidelines given by our preferred courier (Australia Post) – The Grounds Roastery is not responsible for any unforeseen delays experienced by Australia Post.
2. Shipping Within Australia

Standard Delivery:
- We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.00 AUD for all standard orders.
- Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders $70.00 AUD and over.
- Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier network demands.
- At this time, we primarily ship to addresses within Australia.
- We deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers where possible via our selected couriers.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery via the courier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the email.
4. Delivery Address
- Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. The Grounds is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
- If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at orders@thegrounds.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if the order has already been processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
5. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
- We take great care in packaging your order. If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of receipt at orders@thegrounds.com.au.
- Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable (e.g., of damaged goods). This will help us resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
