Nestor Lasso, a young and innovative coffee farmer from Huila, Colombia, is gaining fame for his work at El Diviso. With a specialty coffee degree from SENA, Nestor has helped produce award-winning coffees. Along with his brother Adrian and partner Jhoan Vergara, he transformed their family farms into El Diviso, focusing on specialty coffee. Their elaborate processing method—hand-picking ripe cherries, fermenting in stages, and drying—creates coffee with exceptional flavours of passionfruit, candy sweetness, and wild fruits.
