Our roasters were tasked with capturing that spirit: warm, harmonious, and for everyone. The result is our beautifully balanced all-rounder, crafted to be the comforting cornerstone of your daily ritual.

THE ROAST: MEDIUM

A precise medium roast is essential to achieving Huntley Street's signature harmony. It carefully unlocks the beans' inherent sweetness without introducing heavy roast notes, creating a perfectly balanced and versatile cup with a smooth body and a clean, satisfying finish that never overwhelms the palate.

THE PROCESS: WASHED

The washed process, applied to the Colombian and Ethiopian varietals that go into Huntley Street, is key to the blend’s clean and refined profile. It removes the fruit from the bean before drying, allowing the crisp acidity and delicate floral and fruit notes of each origin to shine through with exceptional clarity.

THE METHOD: ESPRESSO or FRENCH PRESS

This blend's versatility shines across methods. As an Espresso, it offers a balanced, sweet shot that pairs beautifully with milk. For a slower moment, a French Press brew will deepen its body and showcase its rich caramel notes, making it the perfect companion for any coffee ritual.
